GREG LINDAHL
Greg Lindahl is a Distinguished Engineer at PathScale,
a Linux cluster acceleration start-up. His previous employers include High
Performance Technologies, Inc., where he was the technical lead for the first
Linux cluster to win a conventional supercomputing bid (1999, at the Forecast
Systems Lab in Boulder, CO); D. E. Shaw & Co., a Manhattan-based investment
bank; and a stint as a Computer Science researcher with the Legion distributed
operating system research group at the University of Virginia. Greg holds a M.A. in Astronomy from the
University of Virginia, and someday hopes to finish his PhD in general
relativistic numerical hydrodynamics.
