Craig Koerner is a Professor of Wargaming in the Research and Analysis Division of the War Gaming Department in the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. His projects at the War College have included cyber attack, ballistic missile defense, and historical analysis of cases from WWII. Previously, he was the Senior Economist at RCF, Inc., a Chicago consulting firm that specialized in problems of public policy. There, he consulted with policy makers working on air quality control in Houston and worked on pricing and policy recommendations for the Postal Rate Commission of the Post Office. He has a B.A. in economics from U.C.L.A., and a Masters and Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago.
