
Scott Goss has been President of Veridian Corporation’s IT Services Division (VITS) since
September 2002. Veridian
was acquired by General Dynamics in August 2003, and VITS is now known as
Signal Solutions, a General Dynamics company.
He also has served as Chief Financial
Officer, Chief Information Officer, and VP, Accounting & Finance of
heritage SIGNAL Corporation prior to its acquisition by Veridian
in September 2002.
As President of VITS, Mr. Goss is responsible for all activities
for the 1,900-person IT Services provider, which achieved 2003 revenue of $315

During his tenure as SIGNAL CFO/CIO, Mr. Goss supervised a staff
of approximately 50 persons, designing and instituting formal information
technology, financial and accounting policies and procedures, and managing the
financial business of a $250+ million company. In this role, Mr. Goss reduced
actual accounting and information systems costs by more than 10 percent, while SIGNAL’s revenue organically grew by more than nine fold.
Additionally, Mr. Goss developed SIGNAL’s Program
Manager’s report (PM Reports) system – a web-based solution/custom reports
package that provides real time and complete information to all managers for
their direct or indirect projects – without compromising on security and
confidentiality issues.
Prior to joining heritage SIGNAL in 1996, Mr. Goss serves in a
variety of IT/finance/accounting management positions for such companies as Wang
I-NET (1995 – 1996); Macfadden
& Associates (1994 – 1995); and PRC (1992 –1994), and Network Management
Systems (1989-1991).
Mr. Goss has written and assisted in many articles relating to
Stock market disclosures, Initial Public Offerings, and various NYSE and NASDAQ
trading companies. Mr. Goss is a Certified Public Accountant.
