Jayson Durham
Mr. Durham is a scientist at the Space and Naval Warfare
(SPAWAR) Systems Center in San Diego (SSC-SD).
He has served most of his career at SSC-SD with the exception of
founding and directing high-technology start-up companies over a period from
1994 to 2003. Throughout his career, Mr. Durham has concentrated on Robotics
and Automation, Neural Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Software
Engineering Methodologies, Enterprise Computing, and High Performance
Computing Applications.
In addition to his other professional duties, Mr. Durham
is the Western USA (Region 6) Coordinator for the IEEE Computer Society
Chapter Activities Board (IEEE-CS CAB), Program Chair for the San Diego Chapter
of the Association for Computing Machinery (SDACM), and Organizing Chair of the
San Diego Chapter of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (SDIEEE-RAS).
