Rae W. Dehncke

Rae W. Dehncke, Colonel, United States Army (Retired), has been a member of the professional staff at the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) since January 1995. He has served as DARPA Program Manager for the Synthetic Theater of War (STOW) program, is currently leading the JSAF Federation Simulation Team and supporting Joint Experimentation for the USJFCOM. A Certified Modeling and Simulation Professional (CMSP), he earned a BA from Michigan State University, MA from the University of Arizona and was a Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
